BlueVoyant

To be #securityexperts, BlueVoyant believes in having threat fusion cells, strong vendor relationships, and a cross-functional research and development (R&D) program. All are similar in that they are looking for the latest in threats and staying on the cusp of emerging and creative methodologies used by other humans.

In January, we made a commitment to an R&D program made up of the best Microsoft experts within our company. One team, one goal — to stay ahead of threats with a strong product roadmap. Why? Because our customers need us to, our Security Operations Center needs us to, and Microsoft needs us to. We are in this together as a cybersecurity team.

Participation with partners such as BlueVoyant ensures that threat experts on the front lines of SecOps have an XDR stack that meets the needs of the real-world people and processes that allow us to deliver our service differently.”

Caleb Freitas, director of Microsoft Professional Services for North America and Latin America

Microsoft’s Private Security Community is full of others with the same dream. We have learned a lot from other community members sharing their insights and, in turn, we have shared our acumen as well. It takes a diversified thinking team contributing to larger goals, developing the best tools for the brightest people who will tackle the hardest problems.

This week, Caleb Freitas, director of Microsoft Professional Services for North America and Latin America, and myself received the L4 Cloud Security Rockstar Team award on behalf of BlueVoyant.

The Cloud Security Rockstar Team award demonstrates an organization's impact on Microsoft’s product features by providing in-depth technical knowledge and feedback to Microsoft security products. Winners must complete at least 10 or more qualifying engagements collectively as an organization. Rockstar earners must have earned their Level 1 Product Champion Award and at least two members from a company must participate in order to receive this team award.

Freitas summed it up eloquently.

“Microsoft's commitment to designing solutions with partners is hugely empowering to the security community,” he said. “Microsoft has an unparalleled track record in developing technologies that meet the needs of businesses, and security is no exception. Participation with partners such as BlueVoyant ensures that threat experts on the front lines of SecOps have an XDR stack that meets the needs of the real-world people and processes that allow us to deliver our service differently.”
