Position Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and driven Sr. Partner Program Marketing Manager to join BlueVoyant’s revenue team!

We are looking for a Sr. Partner Program Marketing Manager to develop and execute on a range of partner program and marketing initiatives activities across a variety of partner types.

As the Sr. Partner Program Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the Head of Channel and Partner Marketing and will play a critical role in planning and implementing key initiatives for enhancing the readiness, productivity, and experience for BlueVoyant Partners worldwide. You will support partners with the right content, engagement, and incentives as they start, run, and scale their business with us. In addition, you will drive internal and external communication efforts for BlueVoyant’s global partner program, develop and execute marketing plans on how we market our partner program to existing and prospective partners, how we engage and nurture existing partners, and how we communicate the value of the BlueVoyant partner ecosystem to the industry.

Your ability to translate partner and BlueVoyant’s solutions into compelling customer messaging for marketing initiatives will have a measurable impact on BlueVoyant, our partners, and our clients. Therefore, you must possess true grit to lead cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

●    Work closely with the Head Channel and Partner Marketing to define and execute on the strategy for improving partner readiness, productivity, and experience.
●    Support the development, roll-out, and adoption of new programs and enhancements to existing partner programs.
●    Create content (collateral, presentations, emails, landing pages, guides, FAQs, videos) to support key channel initiatives, enablement, and go-to-market needs.
●    Develop to-partner and through-partner messaging and positioning that differentiates BlueVoyant solutions, the value proposition in terms of partner needs, competitive differentiation and the state of the market and channel.
●    Define programmatic and scalable approaches to continually collect feedback from partners to measure partner satisfaction, and to ensure we are providing the right content and tools through the right channels to increase the quality of our partners’ experience.
●    Own the strategy and plan for PRM enhancements, including the development of sales tools, improving the portal UI experience, ensuring content is kept-up-to-date, and identifying opportunities for process improvement, time saving, and efficiency.
●    Partner with regional marketing stakeholders to understand local needs, align on priorities, and deliver global marketing programs and campaigns for the partner audience for localization.
●    Develop a programmatic approach to recruit prospective partners and engage and nurture existing partners across their journey as a partner, across multiple touch points such as newsletters, webinars, and events.
●    Manage all internal and external communication efforts for BlueVoyant’s partner program and key initiatives, including the development of editorial calendars, content, and delivery.
●    Identify, develop, and drive adoption of repeatable and scalable processes and templates for field, channel, and technology partner marketers to leverage, saving time and enabling consistent high-value deliverables and outcomes.   
●    Manage and coordinate national and global events.
●    Support various special projects.
●    Define and track key success metrics for our partner program and marketing initiatives and drive data-driven prioritization decisions.
●    Prepare and present regular status updates for leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

●     BA or BS in Business, Marketing, or a related degree, (MS or MBA preferred)
●    4+ years of relevant work experience in partner marketing, partner programs, marketing in high-technology and/or cybersecurity companies.
●    Proven track record defining and executing global to-partner and through-partner marketing programs
●    Experience in driving internal and partner communications through webinars, blogging, email, newsletter, social media, partner portal, events
●    Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, and champion new concepts and ideas
●    Strong working knowledge of Salesforce as well as marketing automation tools such as Pardot and PRMs such as Impartner.
●    Willingness to work across multiple departments and collaborate to achieve top-line revenue results
●    Excel at cross-functional teamwork, creative thinking, and problem-solving
●    Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and global environments of a rapidly evolving business
●    Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best results possible
●    Superb project management skills and the ability to effectively manage both short term and long term, strategic projects and deliver on time
●    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including storytelling and presentations.
●    Results-driven with a consistent record of delivering on company growth through partner program marketing strategies
