Position Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and driven Sr. Channel Program Operations Manager to join BlueVoyant’s revenue team!

We owe our success to great people skilled at what they do and care about protecting businesses from today’s evolving cybersecurity threats. We are looking for a Sr. Channel Program Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our channel programs, marketing campaigns, and tools.

As the Sr. Channel Program Operations Manager, you will be obsessed with enabling our partners to be self-sufficient and making BlueVoyant easy to do business with. You will do this by automating processes and creating an outstanding digital experience. You will be processing and tracking leads sourced from our channel initiatives, tracking partner productivity and the utilization of program benefits and partner tools. You will use this data to make improvements and drive those improvements in systems, workflows, and processes, and adoption, as well as day-to-day operational support and project management.

Responsibilities

●    Understand BlueVoyant Partner Programs, the requirements and benefits, and ensure effective support of those programs.
●    Support day-to-day operations of our channel programs, campaigns, and tools, including portal support for internal and external stakeholders.
●    Partner with stakeholders on metrics development and reporting for any given project and our channel tools. i.e., PRM.
●    Develop and support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards that will help improve the performance of the team.
●    Tell compelling stories based on data analysis to communicate problems, solutions, progress, and milestones storylines.
●    Effectively drive presentation development, including communications and reporting on progress to leadership and stakeholders.
●    Lead projects end-to-end, working with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and to propose and implement solutions.
●    Gain an understanding of BlueVoyant’s tools and find ways to incorporate into our internal Channel Operations processes to improve productivity and team collaboration.
●    Collaborate with our Channel leadership team and Partner managers for roadmap planning and prioritization.
●    Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to ensure we are tracking the right metrics for the business to measure/monitor the health and effectiveness of partners, programs, products, and specific routes to market.
●    Track and report key performance metrics tied to business objectives
●    Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team to develop metrics and reporting to track partner performance, sales process, programs, and top performing partners.
●    Provide consolidated analytical review of actuals and forecasts meaningful insight / information on global trends on the utilization of partner benefits.
●    Work with Sales Operations & IT to develop any new processes and system enhancements needed to support new partner programs and tools.
●    Implement changes in the partner portal to ensure alignment with partner programs.
●    Troubleshoot problems, make sure that systems are working well together, be a critical thinker, suggest solutions, improve workflows.

Qualifications

●     BA or BS in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related degree, (MS or MBA preferred)
●    4+ years’ experience Channel/Marketing/Sales Operations in high-technology and/or cybersecurity companies.
●    Excellent business acumen, ability to engage confidently with the user community, ranging from partners to executive management. Able to identify assumptions made by business stakeholders about needs and solution approaches, then develop and execute methods to validate them.
●    Natural talent for solution design to keep processes as simple as possible while delivering key business objectives.
●    Data-centric and analytical with fine attention to detail but can also see the bigger picture.
●    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work/influence across organizational and subject matter boundaries, especially between business and IT teams. You also are sufficiently versed in IT to negotiate scope and assess basic levels of efforts required for implementation.
●    Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, and best practices
●    Experience rolling out significant projects to support channel marketing and or partner programs, from project justification (ROI) to requirements gathering, solution design, cross-functional execution to launch and change management.
●    Demonstrated ability to see opportunities for improvement everywhere.
●    Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, as well as marketing automation tools such as Pardot.
●    Experience developing, enhancing, launching, and building tools within PRMs, bonus points if you know how to do this in Impartner.
