Sales Support Executive 

Key responsibilities:

As Sales Support Executive you will be aligned closely with the Marclay Commercial Team (part of BlueVoyant), with the key objective of supporting sales enablement and opportunity tracking across our Professional Services division. An important part of our organisational structure, you will take responsibility for the administration of the company Professional Services sales process, ensuring opportunities are tracked, actioned, and monitored in line with the business needs.

Working with the Salesforce CRM tool, you will administer new business opportunities as they arise, and support the commercial team members with nurturing leads through the sales cycle, ensuring each progression is captured and reported accurately within Salesforce. In addition, you will help administer new business proposals and RFPs to ensure maximum efficiency of the commercial team.

Skills and experience:

•    Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce, with extensive experience both with the administration and reporting functionality of the platform (Essential)
•    Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail to ensure processes are followed and the relevant information is captured and reported accurately throughout the sales cycle process (Essential)
•    Fastidious time management ethos to ensure deadlines are met (Essential)
•    Experience working within a professional services environment, and you will be familiar with a consultative sales process (Essential)
•    Good awareness of the cyber-threat landscape, with previous experience within the cyber-security industry (Desirable)
•    Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Essential)
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Essential)
•    Marketing or Business based degree with a minimum 2:1, or similar qualifications (Desirable)
