English proficient for Internal BV interaction Job Description We are seeking a passionate and driven sales development contributor to join BlueVoyant’s revenue team. BlueVoyant is looking for a BDR with 1-2 years of experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. The BDR will be responsible for acting as an internal sales development and as a link between Marketing and Sales teams. This role is focused on seeking and qualifying new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through inbound and outbound efforts. The BDR will collaborate with key stakeholders in sales and marketing to develop strategies and tactics to create top of funnel demand, and a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets. The BDR needs to use communication skills to cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers from the beginning in the first contact and apply his/her market and business knowledge to identify and qualify business opportunities to drive customers to the Sales team. Responsibilities ● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market● Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails● Present our company to potential clients● Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions● Develop and execute lead generation strategies to schedule targeted number of appointments for sales team (go above and beyond quota)● Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities● Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales team● Implement call scripts, campaign cadences, email pitches, and other outreach to improve leads generated● Use our prospecting tools in order to accomplish your goals and to efficiently capture team activity in database● Accomplish meaningful metrics and reports to measure productivity and quota attainment● Report to Marketing and Sales on results● Utilize tools to achieve and exceed goals● Stay up to date with new offerings and new pricing/payment plans Requirements ● 1-2 years of proven experience as an BDR, Internal Sales or similar role● Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)● Is competitive, self-motivated, and resourceful● Track record of achieving objectives● Experience with MS Excel and data analysis required● Understanding of sales performance metrics● Experience with a CRM and email automation tools are required (Salesforce and Outplay/Outreach/SalesLoft, respectively, is preferred)● Accomplish training plan requirements● Is comfortable talking to strangers and is an expert making first contact and building valuable relationships● Confident communicator – listener and engaging conversation● Wants to belong to a team and is eager to produce results● Good, positive attitude is a must● This role is part of the regional Marketing team – but working very closely with the regional sales and interlocked with the Global SDR function● BSc degree● Proficient use of English – verbal and written● Native language – as for each role needs Ideally● Gained experience in the cybersecurity industry or high tech About BlueVoyant At BlueVoyant, we recognize that effective cyber security requires active prevention and defense across both your organization and supply chain.
