Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Enablement, this role is accountable for the design and execution of foundational and strategic, global enablement programs for Channel Partners. In this role, you will collaborate with the channel partner team, sales team, product team and professional services team to ensure comprehensive and up to date training and certification programs are in place for the channel partners. Additionally, you will ensure that partners have up to date assets to aid them in the pursuit of our mutual goals in the areas of sales, presales, deployment, and customer success. The successful candidate will be an exceptional collaborator, and compelling presenter with a strong leadership presence. They’re motivated by great partner and customer outcomes. In addition to these responsibilities, the individual is expected to maintain strong relationships with counterparts in the Sales, Services, Support, Marketing, Partners, and other organizations to ensure alignment of organizational activities and directions. These responsibilities all directly support the primary goal of developing and providing world class Channel Partner Enablement programs and training that align to our channel vision, strategy, initiatives, and goals. As Director, Channel Partner Enablement, you will: ● Develop and refine the global channel partner enablement strategy that differentiates and motivates the channel partner ecosystem, is aligned to and responsive to company strategic priorities and releases, and that increases measurable partner readiness at time-of-need● Ensure go to market assets are available and accessible to partners. ● Create, modify, and update partner training and certification to ensure that partners have the required skills and knowledge in foundational skills as well as areas of strategic focus. The core areas of need are typically sales, presales, deployment/product, and customer success● Create meaningful enablement metrics and targets that reflect a growing capability in all areas in the channel partner ecosystem and show the results of our efforts● Plan and manage partner training events both virtual and face to face. This would include ongoing enablement webinars as well as large global Partner events● Execute on programs and capabilities that enable rapid ramp of new partners and new practices at a wide range of partner types and tiers● Create and evolve high-touch enablement programs for strategic partners that align to those partners’ unique goals and businesses● Collaborate with Global Alliance team leaders to design and execute enablement programs that align to BlueVoyant cross team goals● Develop operational and asset-based options that enable sustainable self-enablement for partners● Collaborate with the stakeholders to create and manage a full catalog of high-value training and certification offerings● Evolve the systems and processes to extend sales, pre-sales, and delivery assets, methodologies, and support capabilities to the partner ecosystem● Other enablement responsibilities to be assigned About You ● 5+ years of enablement experience● In-depth understanding of partner ecosystem programs and best practices in strategy development and execution● Proven experience with enablement methodologies and best practices● Experience working with global Partners in a high-tech environment● Demonstrated ability to execute on learning programs and drive outcomes.● Analytical skill set with ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders.● Ability to work within a fast-paced, global, high-growth work environment● Ability to take initiative and to set priorities independently● Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place● Experience of working in a multi-cultural, multi-language environment● Force Management Command of the Sale, Command of the Message and familiarity with MEDDPICC a bonus.
