Commissions Analyst

This role can be performed remotely as long as based in the US.

We are looking for an efficient Commissions Analyst to be responsible for all payroll processes related to non-salary payouts. The duties include the management of employee data, planning the commission program, issuing compensation plans, ensuring the accuracy of statements, computing payout values, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.

To be successful you should have strong numeracy skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

•    Providing information and answering employee questions about commission related matters.
•    Managing the commissions system and data integration points.
•    Calculating commissions, MBOs, bonuses, withholdings, and deductions.
•    Confirming and issuing earnings statements.
•    Issuing confirmed data to payroll administrator
•    Maintaining employee records.
•    Issuing approved compensation plans to employees
•    Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
•    Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.

Requirements:

•    Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
•    2+ years of experience working with commissions and or payroll .
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
•    Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•    Good time management and organizational skills.
•    Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
•    Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Ideal candidates will have:

•    Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
•    2+ years of experience working with commissions and or similar payout programs
•    Experience with Sales teams and commission planning
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
