Dave has been an innovator in the launch and expansion of startup businesses for two decades. He currently serves as Vice Chairman, Strategic Accounts.

Previously, Dave was Co-Founder and COO of Finite State, a VC-backed cybersecurity firm centered on uncovering and managing vulnerabilities in IoT devices by reverse engineering device firmware. There, Dave co-authored a supply chain vulnerability report on Huawei Technologies which made headlines around the world and is currently the subject of multiple Congressional hearings. Prior to that, he led corporate development efforts at [redacted], and was Co-Founder and CEO of Kernel, a technology business which was sold in 2016 to NBC-Universal. Kernel became well-known for distributing the movie THE INTERVIEW after Sony was hacked by North Korea.

Earlier in his career, Dave was an M&A attorney at Fried Frank in New York and venture capital attorney at Wilson Sonsini in Palo Alto. Dave is an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School and LMU Business School. He is fluent in Russian, Portuguese, and German and graduated with honors from William & Mary and NYU Law School.
