Bill Crumm was Morgan Stanley's Head of Cybersecurity from 2015 to 2017. He retired from the NSA in 2013 after 31 years of service. His senior assignments included Global Director of SIGINT operations, serving for fifteen years as a senior executive, and assignment as Director of Collection and Cryptanalysis.
He was the founder and first chief of the offensive cyber organization Tailored Access Operations. Bill also completed three overseas tours and a three-year assignment at the CIA.
